Volker Huber has more than 20 years of experience in leading international companies in Germany and the US
During his career he had the opportunity to build several multi-million dollar companies from scratch and also to work with employees, customers and vendors from all over the planet. His main focus was always to create long-term growth strategies and a clear vision while simultaneously developing a company culture of accountability and mutual respect. Volker always emphasizes that his motto is simple: “I want to lead a company that I would want to buy from.” This customer-centric approach is what made him highly successful in several industries such as electronics, distribution, data center technology and also in coaching and consulting, which has always been his passion. Volker holds a Masters degree in Empirical Linguistics and certificates in Business Management and Consulting from the Alberts-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg, Germany.
